Main application: It is used to secure the vertical intersecting steel pipes in the steel pipe scaffolding, ensuring the stability of the scaffolding structure.

• Manufacturing process: Although the name includes "pressing", the manufacturing process is rather complex. Usually, the steel plate is first pressed out into a rough shape using a press machine, and then multiple processes such as hot pressing, punching, and bending are carried out to complete the manufacturing. This hot pressing process can enhance the toughness and strength of the fasteners. There are also traditional cast iron fasteners available in the market. 

• Material and standard: Mainly made of steel plate or malleable cast iron.

• High anti-slip performance: It is closely adhered to the steel pipe over a large area, with strong frictional force, making it difficult to detach. 

• Strong anti-deformation ability: The overall structure is sturdy and can withstand considerable pressure. 

• Anti-corrosion: Usually, a dual anti-corrosion treatment of galvanization and passivation is carried out.
