Glass clips are mainly used for fixing and connecting glass panels, and are commonly seen in fields such as architecture and furniture.

applicable scene:Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, bathroom, glass cabinet
Applicable size:8-12mm.

Common types
Based on the installation method and shape, they are mainly classified into the following categories:
Glass claws
Shape: Like claws, common types include single claws, double claws (flat double, 90-degree, 180-degree), and four claws (X-type, K-type).
Application: Mainly used for curtain walls or large glass railings, fixed by screws passing through the holes on the glass.
Glass clips/Fixing clips
Shape: Usually two metal plates clasp the edge of the glass, locked by screws.
Application: Commonly used in shower rooms, glass doors, or railings that do not require drilling holes in the glass.
Floor clips/Bases
Shape: Bottom has a flange for fixing on the ground, and the upper part clamps the glass.
Application: Used for the bottom support of glass railings.
Wall seats/Wall clamps
Shape: Used to fix the glass to the wall.
Application: Side handrails of stairs, fixed to the wall of shower rooms.

Specification Parameters
When making a purchase or design, the following parameters need to be considered:
Applicable glass thickness: Commonly available thicknesses include 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, etc. The fixtures usually come with adjusting screws or different thickness pads to accommodate tolerances.
Glass hole spacing: For glass claws, it is necessary to confirm the opening distance on the glass (such as 100mm x 100mm).
Load capacity: Must comply with national or regional building safety standards (such as wind resistance, impact resistance).
Purchase and Installation Suggestions
Environment determines material: For indoor use, 304 is sufficient; for outdoor use, especially in coastal areas, 316 must be used.
Check gaskets: Ensure the rubber gaskets are of good quality and resistant to aging. Otherwise, after a few years, the gaskets will flake off, causing the glass to loosen.
Torque control: During installation, the screws must not be tightened too tightly to avoid crushing the glass; nor should they be too loose, causing slippage. It is usually recommended to use a torque wrench.
Tempered glass: The glass used in conjunction with fixtures must be tempered glass or laminated tempered glass to ensure safety.
